Yes. Watch the fansubs. The official subs and the dub are kinda meh, since both change names for dumb reasons. Furthermore, the BD release, while pretty, is slightly off due to blu-ray's lack of a 25 fps option. Instead it's stretched to fit the 24 fps standard, which pitches down all sound just enough to be noticeable.
As for the show quality, it's pretty fun, though the studio takes a few episodes to hit their stride. Think Avatar with more hips, and french. /co/ is your best ally here.
