Most female actors are hired only for their looks, like Megan Fox, a few years later and they've got nothing to bring to the table so they go out and find a newer, prettier 20 something to replace her with. Sure there are a few exceptions, just as a few male actors are only hired for their looks, but 10 years down the road; 75% of males, but only 10% of the females will still be getting major roles due to the acting talent they were hired for. Either that or they will have landed a big role when young and will be cashing in on it for years, like Emma Watson.
