I got my xbone day one. every game I play has smooth fps and I can play with all my friends. Tried to pc game for years with constant lagging and clipping, about all there was to really do was play wow and TF2. Now a new game comes out, install and its off to the races. Pc is pretty but totally not worth it.

Are PC gamers serious when they bash console gamers? Well, yes. And no. Let me start with the yes part first, and explain the no part later. We are serious in the sense that we truly believe that the PC is the ultimate digital platform, both for work and games - and we do believe that gamers who chose gaming consoles as their primary method of consuming games have made a very questionable decision, both financially and entertainment wise. But that surely doesn't justify all the name-calling, and the jokes, and the mocking, and the degradation of those that we call console peasants, now does it? We could just leave these good people be, enjoy their potato boxes and just care about our own enjoyment, couldn't we? The problem with that is: we tried that - we tried that for years. Fact is: not too long ago, the gaming landscape was dominated by console players and console developers almost exclusively, and PC gaming suffered enormously from it. The PC was at best a secondary platform for most game developing companies - and that in return meant that PC gamers had to suffer from bad graphics, simplified control schemes menus and stories, extremely dumbed down games, and all the other sub par features of console games that might be acceptable for console gamers because they just want to play some uncomplicated game with a simple controller ten feet away from their screen. Which is basically the polar opposite of the average PC gaming enthusiast.
