if you want to access deep web you need to get to the hidden folder "system32" and delete it.
It is a browser cryption to keep people from accessing deep web. delete it, start browser (not relevant which one), enter ">/start.tor.dw/hidden.php

tor doesnt load anything except for search engines.

the feds can see what you do on tor if they choose to. so as long as you dont commit recurring felonies it should be fine... but potentially i think there is a backdoor in tor that the federal government can use.
