Well, probably work on the hair and face. Try different head shapes and hair styles. These two things are probably the most recognized thing abour a person or character, as we usually refer a face to a name, and because of this two similar faces or headshapes can make two characters look alike.
Then try different body shapes n stuff.

The two look alot more different now thanks to the hair and stuff, but they both still have a similar head shape. Not necessarily needing change, but something to keep in mind. And assjming that this is a female character, trg to find more ways to accent this, like lashes or some stuff like that.

what helps me with drawing ocs and shit is that i'll shit out a character design and develop a personality and alter the design based off the personality.
with the first hairstyle you drew, i imagined that perhaps she isn't that organized and figured that cutting her hair short will save her the hassle of tidying it up.
with this haircut that i suggested, i thought that maybe she isolates herself more often choppily layers it herself.
she is a qt character overall tho!
