they're the worst fucking people on the planet
they act superior to every other human being, all because they are 'experienced' in duct taping javascript, css, and HTML together

most of the time their work is fucking awful too
i've had to make changes to servers to accommodate for shitty website design, all because those stupid fucks were absolutely concrete that their code was perfect, and that it was my fault there was problems with the website

i fixed the problem in 5 minutes and decided to see what those idiots did to fuck things up so horribly and it turns out they were embedding just over 2MB of javascript IN THE FUCKING HTML FILES

i bitched to the supervisor but nothing has happened yet, presumably because of those fucktard hipsters in web dev

I learned that stuff when I was in highschool about 20 years ago. CSS had just been invented and wasn't widely implemented so I held off on adding that kind of support to my sites for a couple years more after that but the web back then was simple, so I opened some random person's website and looked at it code. It was really straight forward. <html> ok... I don't know what it does, but it's on all of them, so I'll do that too. <body> uh.. ok, I'll add one of those too. And eventually I started making the relationships between what did what. People's sites were functional but ugly and everyone was OK with that.

I do HTML, CSS, Javascript and PHP.
Started three/four years ago, since I'm going to a web design high school and this is my final year.
I must admit I really enjoy it. Learning Python now since I need to make a RESTful service in Django.

Currently lead front end engineer over a team of five. Local dev is built on NodeJS stack using NPM to track server dependencies, bower to track JavaScript dependencies, and GruntJS to keep things simple for the less experienced devs.

Primary project architecture is built on AngularJS using MVC with a custom built settings service to accommodate projects from different departments easily. Data is consumed via a custom data service attached to a dynamic middleware API/REST service.

Gitlab Enterprise is used to track projects using a master/dev/feature branching strategy.

Currently 4.5 years into my career.
