Expend more Calories than you eat.

Sure you can go eat that slice of chocolate cake, but you're gonna be doing a fuck load of exercise to burn it off, like at least 2 hours.

Figure out your RMR, figure out roughly how many calories your current diet is a day and either drop calories or add exercise until you are burning more than you eat. Fat will literally fall off.

- Get more, and better, sleep each night.
- Wake up, have your coffee but also drink at a minimum 500ml/1 pint of water.
- Go for a half hour walk.
- Get home, drink another pint / 500ml water.
- At some point during the day, walk for another half hour, so a MINIMUM 1hr of walking.

So I'm 5'10", 175lbs, my BMI is 19. To maintain this, on average I take in about 1900 - 2000 calories per day, and a minimum of 180 grams of protein. At least one or two nights a week I have a nice, fat bowl of ice cream, I eat bacon, I eat steak, but I also eat healthy fats and good carbs. I went from 210lbs in 2014 to what I am now and only hit the gym twice a week. It was fucking easy.

Another vote for drugs. Use NEARLY ANY DRUG. Use it regularly. I use PCP. Makes my appetite almost nonexistent, and reduced fatigue from physical activity. It's also just a shit ton of fun. I go for a week or two, pretty God damn hard, and after that, I have almost no body fat. The problem I run into is that when I am not using, I gain all of the fat back... So it is a temporary solution, but it is the quickest solution. I understand that what I really need is to regulate my calorie intake, but it is difficult for me to do so when it is so easy to lose the weight later on.

if you eat nothing, your metabolism shuts down, aka, your body only produces a very little energy from your stored fat.

basically you will feel like a lethargic peice of shit, you will be super hungry and then when you actually eat something, its all going straight back on your ass.

compare this to eating a normal healthy diet and doing excercise, you will burn more energy than you take in, creating a defecit, which is then taken from your fat stores at a much higher rate than starving yourself.

you will also feel pretty good and healthy and not hungry.

tl;dr, eat healthy and excersise, its still the best way to lose weight.
