I like the roleplay aspect of it, when I was small my sister and her friends would play house, i would always play the baby and they would treat me like one, it was a lot of fun and i think i sexualized women from that. For me, I think that a big part of it is because adults aren't supposed to be acting childish and especially not still wetting themselves, but at the same time it's endearingly cute in a naughty kind of way. Plus, it's fun to forget about being a grown-up for a while I'd love to have a girlfriend who's in her twenties and still wets the bed every night, it'd be a nightly routine to put her in a thick diaper and change her out of a sopping wet one every morning
