Alright so googling this shit actually wasn't helpful. I'll give you my step by step with images.
First of all, find the pic you want to save, right click and go to "Inspect"
Remember that this is a Google chrome thing, it apparently works with firefox too but I don't use it.

When you click on inspect, this big old box will come up from the bottom. Just find the tab that says "resources" I've highlighted it for ya.

Finally, this will open up the image in a new tab, that will allow you to right click and save the image. And there you go, you can now save any instagram pic you want. Just note that they won't all have the best resolution. Some are great, and some are bad.
