It's basically a buddy cop movie, touching on subjects of racial profiling, prejudice and corruption.
All covered in colourful Disney sauce.
Very much worth watching in my opinion.

Most of the other cops are large herbivores or predators. So, yes she is at a disadvantage in some cases.
However are scenes where she's much better off.
There is a chase scene in "small rodentia" where she's small and agile enough to catch her target, where a larger animal would have caused a huge mess or given up the chase.
