No, this is not how it works. I'll repeat yet again, whoever controls the relay has absolutely no control over the path. The hack you're referring to is when you just happen to control two relays on the same path by pure coincidence, which can be determined by comparing packet sizes and times of reception at the respective relays. Theoretically, if you were to get lucky enough for this to be the case, and had a relay at each end of the path, you could determine both who sent the request and what its final destination is. However, in practice this is totally unfeasible and has never been done to catch anybody, even by the NSA because it requires controlling a significant portion of the total relays on the network, of which there are tens (possibly hundreds) of thousands.
