In the meantime, use apricot scrub acne formula to clean face, rubbing alcohol around hair line and behind ears to cut back on oil produced from your hair and scalp, and continue to follow your usual regime with benzoil peroxide, salicylic acid, etc. If you can afford Accutane and have the liver for it, great, do that instead of the OTC acne shit.

This is mine. Had perfect skin my whole life, out of nowhere last November I started getting spots on my chin and it just hasn't stopped. I change my pillowcase every night, drank more water, I don't have a particularly unhealthy diet and I have tried several different products which have made no difference at all. How long have you been on it? It works for everyone, but to varying degrees. For some it helps and then the acne just comes back. The idea is to "reset" the oil producing glands so that they never produce the same amount of oil. If you can stick it out and your liver will tolerate it, you should see lasting results.
