Seems like a majorly ingrown hair. Agree to use rubbing alcohol, needle, probably ice and ibuprofen in advance would help.

It's just an ingrown hair OP. If you have one of those stone thingys in the shower you can try for several days to remove enough layers for the hair to expose it self to extract. I had one however that I had to lance as it just kept getting bigger. Needle and alcohol, make sure if you go in for the kill to get the follicle out. Then clean it good. You'll be fine.
