Since the 1950s they have...
>replaced glass and papers for plastics for food and drink packaging
>replaced fat with carbohydrates and sugars
>overprescribed antibiotics
>put estrogenic soy into almost every processed food and grain product
>pumped estrogenic hormones into farm animals while feeding them grain
Result is a degenerate society full of feminized nu-males with shit eyes, shit bodies, shit teeth and shit confidence. Pic very related.
If you aren't actively pursuing a diet that maximizes fruits, vegetables, healthy nuts, grass fed meats, and grass fed organic dairy you are actively fucking with your brain and body. You must completely cut out soy, added sugars, and processed foods as well.
The food industry is the biggest jew of them all and you are their bitch.
