So far this is what I got.
The white thing is a tracker, btw the battery was connected and the sim card was in the tracker.
The tracker had some lights at first but when I took it out and inspected it, they turned off.
This looks pretty expensive but not military or goverment type of stuff. Like I said it is most likely to be my ex gf, she didn't trust me because I hanged around with my friends too much.
I don't want to get too into detail but thank you to everyone who helped and informed me. I will be looking for some tech guy or something and see if ai can trace it back.
