Alrighty then, choices...
Was thinking about my options with a base 30, so the extra 33 is nice - I'd go with the lose 2 fingers (pinkeys), and the debilitating headache chance for +50, so I got 113 total to work with.
Essentials, getting the basic room for 10, fast food for 10 and the computer with t3 internet for 15
Then the clinic for 5, especially since I got the headache chance.
And now for the combo of gym for 10,3 for hygiene, 1 for tp and 5 for washer (especially since I'm skipping out on temp control).
So now I'm up to 59 points, so I've got 54 points left. Think I'll grab the 100k per year to make it more worthwhile for 30 (and I got those dubs for double money :D), so 34 more... Think I'll grab the unlimited sex for 20, the hd tv and I'm 1 short of the consoles, so I suppose I will get the temp control

yeah, maybe they do come with healing supplies or something maybe even pokecenters, but since it's not specified I really don't know.
also no god-tier legendaries, but you can get the tardis and any devil fruit, since the tardis can make you godlike and some devil fruits can make you immortal/invincible it's quite unbalanced.
