It was for other people. I started in Science so most of our lectures had like 200-400 people, in 3rd year we specialise so my new class size is 24 and it was much easier to actually talk to people.

If you don't have a problem introducing yourself to people than you should be able to find a few friends. I dunno how it is where you are but most of the people in first year here didn't know more than 2 people.

Basically I left school, kinda kept in touch with a few friends but never saw them, went to college, same deal but had 2 friends after at least. Fucked 1 and lost her as a friend as a result, the other we were friends for a few years until he got a new girlfriend and wasn't interested in seeing me anymore.

About a year and a bit on, get some "friends" from work, at least enough to go out drinking with anyway. Managed to snag a girlfriend by some luck when out drinking with work friends and she by default became my friend, but I left her because I'd rather be lonely than in a trustless relationship.
