Honestly, while Game Theory comes up with some good shit, but the theory that Sans was Ness wasn't researched quite enough.
Here's a few things to consider:
The time machine that Dr. Andonauts created can't transport organic matter, right? How could bones make it through if bones are organic matter?
Second: Of course, let's say if somehow Sans could make it through the journey to the past/future, let's say at the end of the genocide run, when you finally kill him, when you cut him, he bleeds.
