I had a lack of space in my mouth, so I had some teeths removed and also some wisdom teeth crap. Now I have bracers on and I will soon be having a jaw surgery to fix somethings.

I brush 3 times daily and after eating I visit the bathroom to remove anything that could be stuck in the bracers.

The whole thing is to prevent migrande or "suicide headaches" from occuring later in life. I know a few persons who already had problems with it that have had the same surgery done to fix it. And since I live in Denmark with health care and the specialists at a dentist found out I needed it done before I turned 18, everything is being taken care of now that it's getting done.
