There is no 10/10 anything. There is no perfection. I've never read a book, watched a movie, played a game that I didn't find SOMETHING that wasn't great.
Dishonored is a 5/10, firm. Completely average, nothing special, recycled the same old formula. The setting was pretty neat,if they had done anything more than just have it be the place where this mediocre stabby shootbang game took place I'd of rated it higher.

MGSV is pretty good, solid 7/10. Woulda been an 8 or 9 if it was properly finished.

Fallout new vegas is the only single player story game I've ever played where as soon as I finished it, I immediately started another character and played it through again. I rate it 8/10.

Mass effect 1, so good, 9/10, I talked to every NPC, searched every plant, read every piece of text. The universe was so fleshed out, I was absorbed as shit, 10/10 world building.
Mass effect 2, 7/10, abandoned alot of the depth, but developed the characters much better, wasn't angry.
Mass Efffect 3, 5/10, disappointing. Almost made me hate one of my favorite franchises, so I replayed ME1, and reminded myself of why it was so fucking good, then never touch ME again.
