I want to say neither because of the placement of everything. The case is a shooting hence the gun being present in the "victim's" hand. The position of the body, chair, shell casing and blood splatter are rather inconsistent for it to be labeled as a pure suicide but I can't make a correct judgement since I can't see the victim's face. The placement of the gun,shell and blood are making me really rethink the suicide label because the casing is on the counter, the blood is directly behind the victim and the way the victim is holding the gun don't add up.
