Pro: The issue of rights apply to living individuals (in this case a woman's), A fetus, even close to birth is a potential life. A woman's life and rights can't be subjugated to a potential. The parallel to draw could be that of the Draft being immoral or that of asking someone to sacrifice themselves for the "greater good" in all the forms that manifests itself nowadays.
