Ask a depressed Dishwasher who wants to quit their job anything.
>>674416222
are we just the universe's way of seeing itself?
>>674416490
I think about that on a daily basis and at this point I'm sure we were.
>>674416615
Well that's pretty god damn cool. Now enjoy its beauty. Don't waste your life washing dishes.
how does it feel being me?
>>674416737
I recently got into a break up and being an emotional anon I am, I'm just broken down at this moment thinking to be doomed of washing dishes.
>>674416838
It really feels like shit to be honest.
Why would anyone want to be you or me?
>>674416959
I guess someone has to do the shitty jobs of the world :(
>>674416490
Thanks for the question Mr.Watts
>>674417222
I wash for your sins.
>>674417427
How beautiful, you sir are a poet
I'm asking myself lots of questions all day long.
>>674418022
Thank you for flattering me.
>>674418231
Feel free to ask anything.
For how long are you planing to keep going with life?
Will you do an hero?
>>674416222
Do you have a degree?
>>674418748
If thing keep going downhill to a point to where I can't fix or manage it, I probably will lead on to that point.
>>674418876
Dropped out of University.
Bad series of events occurred at that time and I couldn't handle the stress along with my loss of motivation.
>>674419208
Where do you live?
>>674419291
California, but I've been debating on moving to the East Coast or something.
I need something different.
>>674419438
That's what I did, sorta. I was depressed as a line chef in a shitty restaurant and I ended up going to Auburn University at Montgomery in Alabama and then moved to Florida and became a teacher. In Florida you don't have to have a teaching degree to become a teacher, you just have to have a degree, and my major is Biology so now I'm a high school teacher with great pay and benefits. I recommend
>>674419208
is happening the same thing with me, any advice ?
>be OP
>quit job as a dishwasher
>feelsgoodman.ogg
>boosted confidence
>finally get date with 1/10 grill
>make plans to go out for dinner
>pick you up at 8, babe. wear something nice
>7:30 rolls around, moms car won't start, didn't put gas in it because broke
>hop on the bus while furiously texting that my car couldn't start and I'll meet her there
>meet at restaurant and go in
>dinner going swimmingly
>asks you to come back to hers
>yfw no money to pay for dinner
>yfw stuck washing dishes to pay for the meal
>yfw she geta tired of waiting and leaves with Chad Thundercock because you had to order that second helping of dessert
>>674419755
And the reason I chose that school was because it was cheap and it's name is tied to Auburn so it's highly recognised and regarded as a good university
>>674419755
I'll consider that very much.
Thank you Anon.
Why don't you do what I did and retrain? I hated my life, started going to night school to learn how to program and now I now work for myself and charge £80 an hour. Lifes going pretty good. And if you're going to reply with 'I'm too old'. No you're not. I retrained at 35.
>>674419851
Put unwashed dishes in sink, the water running over them will ease up the work.
:(((
>>674419851
Sit back and look at what you really want to do.
Take little steps on improving yourself.
Focus on making yourself happy.
Be selfish for once.
>>674420092
I'm soon reaching that point sadly.
>>674420153
>>674419851
I really recommend doing some sort of training or get a degree. It's expected now so there's no way of moving out of a shit job without it. It opens up more options, because right now all you can do is restaurant work or retail stores and both suck. Unless you have a friend in a high place you'll be stuck in the same shit hole. You gotta get rid of the booze and pot and focus on making you better. It takes time and effort but once you get to a higher status you can bring whatever recreational activities back into your life.
>>674420185
I'm pretty young and I do love Computer Science.
I'll look into that as well. Thank you so much.
>>674420594
Right now I have a friend who will help me into a better job working full time until I can find something better or make money to invest into a degree.
>>674420648
It's okay man, just remember. You're not limited by education or background. If you want something better from your life go out and get it.
>>674420648
In addition to what that anon said, my former step dad at the age of 45 decided to get some training and certs and he left my junkie mom, which I'm glad he made that move because I haven't even talked to her in years, and now at the age of 50 he's making 6 figures programming fucking ATMs
>>674421088
That's very good.
That gives me hope to improve myself.
>>674420856
You can work on a certification instead if you want as well. Being certed in computer-based things can easily get you a government job that has full benefits and great pay. Make sure you do what you want. You might not even know what you want right now, but you'll never find out if you don't make any steps towards something. You may find what you want to do along the way.
>>674421032
How do you opportunism?
>>674416222
how do i get trips?
ayy lmao marcianito.gif
lol u tk him 2 da bar?
>>674421363
It's more of the fact that I didn't even know you could do that.
I'm not that educated in ways of being able to getting degrees other than colleges and debt.
>>674421341
Also, being in debt is not necessarily a bad thing. If you have to take out a loan or something it's not bad, as long as it goes towards improving your life. Having debts with no way to improve yourself or having a way to pay it back in the future is a bad thing. As long as you're investing in something don't be afraid to ask for financial help.
>>674421962
I dropped out and didn't even get to finish, so I'm now stuck washing dishes to get out of debt and try again.
>>674421733
Here's some certs to possibly look into that are comp based:
CCNA
Sec+
MCSE
MCP
All easy stuff.
>>674422438
Thank you so much for the tips and help Anon.
>>674416222
why dont u fuck of?
>>674423448

>>674424660
You're on 4chan.
Aside from that, hopefully the message towards the end resonated within you a bit
>>674425199
One day I will see myself overcome anything.
Thank you for the hope Anon.
