I'm gonna do this at weekend. 32 now. My hairline started receeding in my early-mid twenties hen seemed to stop around 27/28. I have noticed it creeping further backwards now though and it's got to the point where I'm going to have to shave it all off so I don't look like I'm desperately trying to hang on to it and end up being one of those combover faggots when I'm older.

Yep, definitely. They are wired to like it, some just get convinced otherwise. And those that bald can generally grow a good beard, because of the testosterone. But it also sort of takes balls to actually bic your head, at least at first.

Both dark and thick. And I only trim it entirely every 7-10 days (with shape upkeep every 2-3 days), so most of the time it's a bit longer. I'm getting some white hairs now, too, which looks kind of cool.

Balding genes make your hair folicles more sensitive to DHT which is a by-product of testosterone causing them to die off.
