Stiller, hands down.
I'm not even a Stiller fan but God damn, nothing is worse than what Sandler still manages to put out.
I just watched The Ridiculous 6 too.

Stiller's funniest were Something About Mary and Dodgeball, but they were ensemble movies and the best scenes were by others.
Sandler's funniest were Wedding Singer and Happy Gilmore which were mostly him.
But Sandler's worst is much worse (and more often worse) than Stillers.
Both are past it

It's been a crapshoot.

They've both had their hayday, I think Stiller is more consistently funny though. Sandler usually has a lower-tier of humor, mostly relating to stoner comedy and stupid shit like stereotypes.

I would argue that Stiller has stuff that's mildly OK and safe, but occasionally funny (like Meet the Parents), and his misses are usually not total misses like Adam Sandler.

Sandler also has a disgusting amount of product placement in his movies.
