version 0.2
main dough (30 cookies)
6 cup splenda/other
7 tsp corn starch
3/4 cup honey
2 cup cocoa powder
1 tsp salt (optional)
1.333 cup egg whites
2.5 tbsp vanilla extract
-optional:
-2 cup crushed edamame
-4 cup crushed peanuts
mint dough (30 half cookies)
2 tbsp corn starch -or- 1/4 cup flour
1 tbsp canola oil
3 tbsp apple sauce -or- canola oil
4 tsp splenda
1 tsp sugar -or- 1/2 tsp honey
6.3 caffeine pills, crushed
1 tsp mint extract (optional)
1/8 tsp green food coloring (mandatory)
prepare
* Preheat the oven to 300° and line a cookie sheet with foil+spray.
main dough
* In a large bowl, combine the splenda, cocoa and corn starch, lite-salt and nuts.
* Add the egg whites and vanilla to the dry mixture and combine until the dry ingredients are moist (do not over beat, as the batter can stiffen).
mint dough
* combine liquids in a large bowl
* combine powders in another bowl
* stir powder into liquid gradually until mixed.
final
* drop 30 spoonfuls of main batter onto the baking sheet in evenly spaced mounds. flatten top of mounds.
* put mint batter in a sandwich bag, cut 1 corner, and squeeze dough out of it into a ring shape around the edge of each mound.
* bake until chocolate bits are slightly cracked and glossy, 8-10 minutes. allow to cool. consume 1-3 for super powers.
