This is easy if you know q valid username and password on the target computer. If you know credentials for an admin account you can basically own the computer from the network attached to it. Use psexec to get remote command shell and delete whatever you want. Delete system32 if you want.

You can use ARP poison routing to funnel traffic between hosts on the LAN and the router to sniff all their internet traffic. Lots of times people will log into shitty HTTP sites with shitty logins that pass credentials in plain-text. Most idiots use same password for everything so that night get you some working credentials for the computer you are interested in.

Okay OP, because I'm feeling helpful, I have come up with a simple solution that will take very little social engineering. First, get yourself a USB Rubber Ducky. Second, use the payload from the following link: https://github.com/hak5darren/USB-Rubber-Ducky/wiki/Payload---batch-wiper-drive-eraser

Third, either drop said USB drive outside their car or front door to house so they can find it. Alternately, mail it to them with a fake return address, but make it look professional like a company shipped it to them for some reason. People can't resist plugging in a random USB to see if there is anything good on it. Payload activates, and your targets hard drives get erased.
