Yeah, I'm running 5e right now. It's... decent. Very rules-light compared to PF/4e. Probably the best innovation (at least I think it's an innovation?) is the concept of advantage/disadvantage - if something like flanking gives you advantage, you roll 2d20 and take the better result. Disadvantage gives you 2d20 take the worse. It's a lot quicker than adding and subtracting bonuses and such.
