I really couldn't cite one. I did that research before I started smoking, probably 6 years ago (I'm 25) and I can't remember any website names, what precisely I searched for, how long I was reading before getting to the important stuff etc etc. I just remember the conclusions and warnings (The important stuff) and committed it to memory. I can pass that information on the way I have done, and if people are interested enough they can do their own digging like I had to. The internet is really an incredibly useful tool for research.

first thing the pot . The plant throws out a tap root and a small pot restricts this , the root system wastes energy spiraling a rootball instead of growing into a bigger healthy plant . So repot asap , like yesterday , 11 litre and you are a happy camper , they may be small but they have the root system of a plant twice as big .

Next is perlite , has there been a strike ? mix it in with a peat based soil at 30% , any old peat from the garden centre will do , if its compost and has the word peat listed its good to go . With perlite it will airiate the roots plus make it harder to over water , good stuff

Techinically it has no veg period as once it shows its in flower and the 14-21 days to show are its hormone changing period . I like therefore to hit it with flowering ferts and not fuck about with veg ferts although i also add seaweed concentrate for organic N and they will then grow like stink
