work out your whole body.
more muccle mass you have, the more fat you burn at rest.
pretty much dont starve your self, but try and eat more moderate portions.
work on building muccle with lifting weights
and work on your cardio with running.
do this for 6 monthes min. while eating proper and making sure you get about 120-150 grams of protine a day.
phase two, you have built on alot of muccle and not burned of alot of fat.
this is where you see the real magic. this is where you figure out a diet plan for your height and expected weight.
at this stage both the weight lifting and cardio are still important.
because you have spent the 6 monthes previous building muccle you will burn fat so quick.

tl;dr more muccle means more burned callories a day. work on building muccle. worry about the fat later.

Working out your legs pulls from your entire abdominal area. Treadmill, alternate fast jog and walking for 30-60 mins. 30 is absolute minimum.

You WILL lose weight fast.

Running before weights = Lean build.
Running after weights = longer burn time, without reducing gains.

Look into juicing. I do it for two weeks straight every four months. Helps lose fat, dumps massive amounts of vitamins and other important things, into your system. Best part, with mixes done right it can taste great and you can drink as much as you want. You'll only feel hungry for about three days, then you'll start to feel full since your body will have nothing to crave for. I eat 3k+ calories everyday, lots of carbs and almost reaching 2g of protein per bodyweight kg.

Ive only gained 3kgs over the past 3 months and am working out 4 days a week on average.
My whole lifestyle has changed and I think I'm already looking a lot healthier, however this is totally not worth it and am blowing all my pay checks on food.

I have a personal trainer guiding most of my lifting and am eating everything I possibly can. On a mass gainer shake and creatine. I can't possibly do much more to gain weight. My body is just very small frame but good aesthetics.

Are you absolutely sure you eat 3k calories?

You'll begin to be able to gain weight in a few years, don't worry. 22 - 24 is typically when men begin to pack it on.

That said, I'm 6ft and ~65kg, but I've managed to put on those 5kg in the years 22 - 24 without changing anything about my diet or activity levels.
