I.. I don't really know.
But that was regarding art, this is more specific/personal/habitual I believe.
Then I was primarily triggered by what to me seemed to be people giving crits on things they did not understand, then evolved into maintaining an easy going environment based on the fact that I often feel that going that little extra mile for people who appreciate my work is no biggie. I've grown way faster as an artist since hanging out here, than I ever did in more critical environments such as /ic/.
So if I can distillate the mechanism behind this and promote it, that would be great.
BUT that whole thing boiled down to me withdrawing my attack on crit-anon because I thought it was wrong to victimize people and take it for granted that they were not able to handle any critic given.
My intention in that argument was to try to build the most nurturing environment for artists, now it's personal.
