However, I work with photoshop a LOT, so I'll see what I can do with it. If she's wearing a bra then it's a no-go, as that material is too thick and doesn't show through the shirt.
Ideally you want the photo to be higher rez.
Here's the REAL rules for ACTUAL x-raying
1. Lighter and plain shirts are easier than darker or patterns.
2. Black shirts don't show shit, don't bother.
3. Anything with thicker material material can't be done. Thick sweaters, thick bras, etc.
4. Usually bathing suits are a no go, as they tend to be designed NOT to be see through. Sometimes if it's a sheer one it'll work.
5. Dark lighting usually doesn't work well either.

OP does it by cutting breasts off of some nude pic, pasting them onto the photo, sizing to match as close as he can, then making it a little transparent so it LOOKS like and x-ray.
