Just start writing and let your mind write the story as you go. Then wait a day or two go back and read it to make sure it makes sense and if you don't like that context scrap it and start a new one, yu can even carry over the aspects you do like. When authors write they very rarely hve the whole story set in stone mane they write as they go and get inspired by the world they create to write more. You just have to start. That's the hardest part or else you'll sit there thinking about it forever and never write it.

Maybe we would like to read the fucking story and you not writing it is an insult to your /b/ros

Hmm, I think that one of the biggest issues with writing the story is that I don't know what perspective I want to do it from.
Mad Max style sounds fun, but while it's cool in a movie, it might just sound like Mary Sue in a book. And to do it like Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy seems pretty aimless, though fun.
Whereas anything which doesn't focus on a single character seems messy...

You could do something like Transformers meets Terminator, conceptually. A robot from another galaxy goes on a bloodthirsty rampage of destruction, killing anything that gets in its path. It has a mission, but cannot remember it, so it leeches information from materials and life forms it destroys. Maybe if discovers that it's intention was to save a specific universe from another aliens destruction, only to find out after jabing destroyed all life in that universe and in a burst of sorrow and rage plans the most extreme revenge possible against the enemy aliens when they show up.

That's just my idea, though.
