Anyway, hot knives. And back when you used to get milk bottles, you'd pour boiling water into the bottom , leave a few seconds to get hot, then put the bottle into cold water. The bottom would fall off leaving a smooth-ish edge; if it didn't first try, drop a knife in, it would go. Heat knives, apply a little hash or oil to one knife under the bottle, squash it down with the other one. Complete burn with more cool air going in than say using a pipe. Great way for quick hit.
