Not OP but I have the same problem almost.
We both go to the gym and she's super motivated, but how do I get her to lose her back (and waist) fat and kind of pop out the sides of her ass? She looks like she has huge potential to be sexy and have nice ass and thighs, I'm just not entirely educated on fitness to be giving her legit advice.

Diet is 90% of any workout plan. The gym is a waste of time and money. From personal XP /b/ro. Cut dairy and beef if not go full vegan or vegetarian. You will notice a difference. Walking through out the day helps too and taking b vits
