Read the comics, played the game, love the movie. In fact, while the movie changed some details to DP's origin, I think they were improvements.

If I could wish for anything more, it'd be a bit more darkness to the story, since Deadpool plots tend to have a degree of darkness to them.

But I understand that it's harder to sell a dark movie.

I think at times the origin here was darker. A lot of Wade's conversation in the comics from the Workshop felt pretty PG, here you can tell they fucking hated each other.
I like the guy who I think was Worm more than Worm from the comics.
Deadpool originally beats Ajax when he escapes, but I still loved that fight.

I agree since we're both old fans. It did become commercial like all comics and I bailed. Few have pleased me when coming to movie, few. TMNT2 gives me hope for something fun, but it looks bad. DP looked amusing, but also bad. We're in a period of re-hashes and obvious copy cats. Shits bad but one can hope these lead to something we'd enjoy down the road. Fuck, look at Spiderman's movies ... 5 Total made. 6 is on it's way. 6 fucking spiderman movies and they still haven't done a decent job. But the fans are there, the people show up, and it gets re-done. With Ryan n money could this DP lead to amusing adventures in your opinion?
