of course it had a plot but it was rudimental compared to the first one. first one actually felt like a horror movie, the japanese guy breaking down thinking the doctor is god and whatever torture he's enduring is the price he has to pay for whatever sins he committed and eventually committed suicide, the last scene with the girl that finds herself with two corpses sewed onto her face and ass realizing that although she survived, she was going to die slowly and alone, incapable of doing anything at all other than starving, THAT actually felt horrible to watch. 2nd movie is just about a guy that obsessed over the first film and spends 1 hour brutalizing people to recreate the human centipede but fails. big whoop. it's also way more graphic and focused on the gory details than the 1st one, all meant to raise the shock value as if the prequel needed all that.
