Stress is something you can't really avoid but I can totally see new meds keeping you up. Hopefully your body will get used to them quickly and you'll be getting some better sleep.

Right now a lot of people that believe in astrological effects on the body see this month as a bit chaotic. People on "war paths" and such as well as just overall messed up senses and sleep.
I typically avoid that stuff, but only for this month I've started getting rather horribly graphic nightmares almost every night. No changes in anything, just started suddenly.
