Exclusives aren't about hardware. Consoles are PCs on the inside. The only thing that separates a console from a low-spec PC is consoles' ultra restrictive OS.

Why not both? Both have their flaws. I myself prefer Xbox though because it's what my parents got me as a child and what I grew up with. Ps4 does have better graphics, a few good games Xbox doesn't have. But so does Xbox. (Halo for example) Also ps4 has a less comfortable controller. The xbox controller fits the entire hand, the thumbsticsk on the PS have always seemed a little too "loose" for me.

Personal preferences though.

Take it from a multi platformer.please go for a PS. Had alot of trouble with the xbox. Needed to replace it 3 times. Was so fed up with it and stuk with PS. Also, I experienced that the PS had a more mature audience compared to the xbox. Last time i checked, PS has more games with 1080p than the xbox. If you have a big LED TV and you're into better graphics, It might be worth considering. Still, you should choose whate system suits your gaming needs most. Do you like Halo or Bloodbourne? Gears of war or The last guardian. I own a pretty decent gaming pc aswell. It's my favourite way of gaming but it's clear you chose for a console.
