You're not going to get Walmarts dropping many jobs because dividing their work between other minimum wage employees will start people quitting en masse. I've seen this, and the budget, First hand. Had I stuck around for a full year I'd see about $6K, The store's manager/owner pulled about $30K, and the budget for scratch prevention, Not even factoring in insurance, was nearly $50K. Sure, There's no such thing as a victemless crime, But it's one that's accounted for at the corporate level.

And seriously, You want to play morals with someone who had to work at a Walmart for 6 months? I was the only one there without COPD and social security or some form of retardation. I pulled 90% of the work for the front end so Walmart could get tax relief for taking disabled people off of government benefits. Do you think I'd stop a thief for that kind of job?
