There are the occasional H scenes as we call them. I wouldn't recommend going into this if it's what you expect from it. Also, if you are the other way around about it, they can be disabled through the options menu ingame.

Epilogue is an alternate end to Hanako's route, and some changes in others. Unless you finish Hanako's and want to experience it differently, then I wouldn't.
