Looking at the aggregate rating, I think Reagan, Wilson, and Kennedy are overrated. Washington probably is too, honestly.

Clinton, LBJ, and Jackson are underrated on the list, imo.

On the whole though, the ranking really points out the country has had pretty good leadership, as William Henry Harrison ranks 39 of 43, and he literally did nothing because he died a month into his presidency. I do think there are more than four presidents worse than him, though, with GWB on that list.
