No shit, that's cool.
Thanks!
>>612978303
Oh shit, son. Reminds me of when I got that game on 64. There was something I figured out. If you jump and press and hold a bunch of buttons at the same time, your upper body would flip upside down and your staff would be jabbing out of a junk pile while your legs run around. Shit was awesome, and probably one of the only legit glitches I ever found on my own.
comic books at gas stations
>>612979528
I only vaguely remember this.
>>612979159
>>612979518
Holy fuck, this game is next level shit
>>612978303

>>612979706
it was an old screensaver, and there were a few things you could do to customize it.
it was a random maze.
>>612979528
I can't have been the only person destroyed by the fact I couldn't takeover and play this thing?
>>612979683

>>612979977

>>612979111
I went through like 8 of these things as a kid. A couple of them were already leaking that syrupy shit right out of the box. Still loved that hell out of those things though.

You're not the only one. My parents didn't allow me to install too many games on our first computer because the machine couldn't handle it, so I would sit at the computer for hours and hit the arrow keys pretending that I was navigating the maze.
>>612980392
Yeah, I remember having this gum. That and bubble tape, and the zebra gum.
>>612980376
Only played the NES game. Decent platformer.
>>612980182

i think i had em all but 21, 22 as well.. what the fuck r they
>>612980765
You're not kidding. Growing up in rural West Virginia really narrowed down the list of fun things I could do growing up. Not that there's really such a thing as urban West Virginia either.
>>612980954
Simmer down!
>>612980925
No, that would imply there was some sort of nutritional value to them (referring to the 90s UK version)
>>612980736
I don't see it as much though, just read the wikipedia page and it talks about how it's popularity was huge in the 90's and that they don't advertise it as much. Go figure.
>>612981099
Ah yes, well there were at least some sort of chemicals mixed with vitamin c...or so the labels told us.
Had to.
>>612980698
HOLY SHIIIII-
>>612981208
fruit stripe is shit.
When people used to go to cafes, automats and cafeterias... food in little boxes, hot and fresh. Insert money, grab a fork, meet people...

All I remember is that the flavor didn't last long, and after a while I thought I was chewing wax.
I saw them in stores up until the late 90's.

Protip; until recently none of that shit came close to being fresh.
my younger bros collected these.
Did anyone else get these weird scholastic magazines in grade school that had books you could order, such as this fine literature? Or was that just me
>>612981827
>>612979111
dood, i had one and repaired it using balloon and rubber glue
>>612980618
bubble tape was awesome except if you chewed it for too long it breaks down/liquefies almost instantly in your mouth.

>>612982096
>>612981949
Fuck yes I did. I would bring them home every month right before the book fair. My parents would be so happy that I was more interested in reading books than playing video games that they would buy me whatever I wanted. It was Scholastic and there was one other vendor but I can't remember the name right now. The other one did a lot more in the way of DIY science kits and the like.
>>612981542
I was in 4th/5th grade when these were popular. some people literally had 20 hooked together. eventually they were banned from school because everyone played with them all day in class. I had one, was a dinosaur thingy

Yeah, just had a 16oz can a couple days ago. I'm not sure how it wound up here in San Diego, but I found on the shelf at a store where other stores send their returned or slightly damaged goods. I had to buy it, since I hadn't had it in at least 15 years.

Used to play this alone late in the evening.

I remember in the 3rd grade or so I'd bring a whole box of goosebumps books for reading time for other kids to borrow... One day one was missing because the box was always packed tight to contain them all and some fatass girl tried to argue that it was her book in some stupid bullshit way. The teacher took her side :/. I was from a pretty shit poor family and those books were all I really had since we didn't have cable and they were cheap in second hand stores.
People wonder why I'm a dick now.

they used to have "flip-o-matic" pictures where you put your hand on one page and flip back and forth, usually illustrating him beating up the bad guy. shame the paper always ripped when you did it
>>612985475
I did the same thing, I felt the feels, but I will never feel the feels I felt back then.
