Buy a really nice audio technica microphone and hook it up to your audio interface. Open it up in your favorite daw and turn your gain on max. Turn off your fridge, lights, fans, etc. now, run it through a glue compressor with several limiters before it. At this point you're going to want to use rx3 noise reduction on manual learning. Use a eq to boost the audio at 3,000 hz. Put it through a multi band maximizer cutting the high end at 4 k and 60 hz. If done correctly you should now be able to hear your own heartbeat if you're just standing in the room. Also don't wear headphones or use the speaker. Just record it. It will pick up feedback and start screeching. That's right. The mic will pick up what you hear in your headphones. This is the most not easy way to do it anon.
