I didn't. I never drank to excess, I limit my weedsmoking significantly, and I take psychadelics and mdma with long breaks between them to allow myself a full recovery.

In fact - i work only to spend all my money on parts and to buy alcohol or petrol to get to work the next day. This is senseless and i often think about just quiting since there is no meaning in my life. I just dont do it because of family. This makes me sad and makes me want to drink more

Started smoking weed with a friend long ago, I quit before I got more into it, friend got hardcore deep intro drugs, quit school and now works only to get money to buy drug glad I quit but I miss the feeling

The day I drank 2 shots of vodka and was bed ridden and felt like i needed to be hospitalized for the next 24 hours. My body can't handle shit anymore. Only in my 30s too.
