Well, as a girl who doesn't shave her legs...

I wish it was more of a normal thing. I still shave them from the knee down in the summer and that's solely to avoid people giving me disgusted looks or judging or something.

I mean, it only started as a ruse to sell razors and shaving cream and I'm really not okay with being manipulated like that. It's a super recent thing too. Flappers used to have hairy legs, no one complained. Removing body hair historically was a prostitute thing to do, and that's how removing pubes happened too, first it was porn stars and prostitutes doing it to avoid crabs.
