Yeah PHP you can basically do anything on websites. Apart from 'live' stuff which is Javascript. I hate that. So many conflicts.
Start simple, just google 'PHP basics'. Get a cheap website host, buy a cheap domain and get started. build a table. edit stuff. make a 'news/blog' thing. Learn about SEO (that's where companies are spending lots of ££)

I only grow a small amount, maybe 10 g at a time in my closet, but I smoke once a week so I keep going, yeah it's worth getting some cheap lights and trying it out, there's some stats on one of the .gov sights saying how many plants adds up to one sentence but it's something like less than 6 plants (yielding 40g each) and you probably not even gonna get community order for your first time, 24 plants is 2 years in prison, not exact quote but it's something like that I used to study law, and as for strains I've only grown autos up to this point but Im currently growing a reg bubble bomb, past strains I've grown are NL (from a bunch of diffrent seed companies) blueberry, blue treacle, anesthesia, nlxbig bud, lowryder, purple, and a couple more, the tastiest spliff I've had was my pruple, blue treacle and anesthesia all together, and make sure if you guys do start you go for soil grown, less yield but it's tastier

yep they are, seeds are 100% legal to own for "souvenir" purposes, but germinating is obviously illegal, if you go for Northern Lights there won't be any smell, I would suggest starting with one plant, and if you're planning on getting a large load of seeds for commercial purpose (like I am over summer) then buy online on a site like agora market using tor, and have the seeds send to someplace that can't be traced to you and you'll be fine
