If you say your xbox is broken we have to recommend advanced exchange and they ship one to you and put a hold on a credit card for the amount that the xbox is worth. or you have to ship the "broken" xbox back and then they send you a "manufacturer certified" xbox. The system renewed the subscription because the card registered as credit, so it was getting charged and nothing was coming out but it was registering as it was.
