2)do not talk to the police, about anything, do not admit you know her, do not admit the laptop is yours, even if it sounds informal and you arent in the interrogation room, NOTHING you say to the police can help you
3)how much did your parents admit too? find out exactly,
4)try to think of an alibi as a last resort, like you bought it at a garage sale 4 years ago, never got the laptop to really work and forgot about it.
5)assume all electronic communications are being monitored(txt, email, etc), so if you are talking to the girl or your parents trying to work out a plan do so face to face.
6)this is really up to the prosecutor and not the police, so if you are truely fucked, by your parents admitting too much already, txt msgs admitting guilt, etc you might be able to work out a deal, proving you are a good guy, in college, you were bf/gf, or a signed statement from the girl might help. In reality tho most prosecutors wont take the bad publicity in the news for letting a pedo go.
