Ok, I have someone in mind. A bit overweight - but not much really. Perhaps I'll add some pork fat. My big concern now is how to execute this whole thing... What method of execution do you prefer, and should I bleed out the corpse at once? Is it best to leave the meat to "mature" or process it at once? What cuts are the finest? Do you have any pictures at all of yet-to-be-prepared meat?
